Villa Palazzo

In the spirit of tradition, the farm produces the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, in the vinegar factory located in the attic of the Villa, made from cooked grape must and aged for many years in the classic casks made from different woods.

Two types are produced: Extra Vecchio - aged for more than 25 years and Affinato - aged for more than 12 years. They are bottled by the Consortium of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, in the classic bottle designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro.
