WINE MAKING:
in steel with 7-8 days of cold macerating with the skins.
REFINING:
2 months in the bottle.
AGING POTENTIAL:
2 years, according to vintage.
COLOUR:
ruby red intense, tending towards garnet.
BOUQUET:
distinctly vinous and particularly fragrant.
FLAVOUR:
sweet, pleasant yield of fruit and slightly tannic.
PAIRINGS:
culatello, cakes and sour cherry tart.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
12-14° Celsius.
