PRODUCTION:
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot.
WINE MAKING:
Maceration for 21 days at around 28°.
REFINING:
9-12 months in the bottle.
AGING POTENTIAL:
2 years, according to vintage.
COLOUR:
Ruby red, with violet shades.
BOUQUET:
Strong forest scents of red fruits, especially blackberries and blueberries.
PAIRINGS:
Ideal with robust dishes such as roasted meats.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
16-18°.
